Ad-hoc Computing Framework

An open-source, event-driven and asynchronous Python component model for teaching, designing and experimenting with distributed algorithms over wireless networks.

AHC helps bridge communication engineering and software development. It models wireless-channel behavior, contention, packet collisions, multi-hop transport and other constraints that general distributed-system tools often abstract away.

The framework was funded by the Amateur Radio Digital Communications foundation and developed by WINS Lab at METU.
